• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

• Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, or clearance items, are non-returnable.

Return Process

1. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

1. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
